Nutrition – Our nutrition plan will support your dietary and calorific needs, whether that be high energy, weight loss, sports endurance, vegan, vegetarian, gluten, or lactose free. All of our meal plans are designed by Registered Dieticians. We supply diet analysis, to ensure you are getting enough of the right nutrients and vitamins. In addition, all meal plans come available with recipes and shopping lists, to make it easier for you to keep to your goals.
Training – We offer a package tailored to your individual needs, whether that be improved health, flexibility, agility, weight loss, muscle gain, strength, or endurance. Our clients get their tailored personal plans, HD video fitness programs, information reports, and more, sent directly. We provide programmes suitable for whatever equipment you have available to you, whether that be full gym equipment, or home workouts with little or no equipment. We will work with you to design a programme that is varied, fun and rewarding, and will closely monitor and provide ongoing support to help you achieve your goals.
